Do any insurers do "multi animal" discount??

I need to get my horse and my hounds insured and wondered whether anyone has managed to combine theirs into a discount policy??

Yes. I have both my horse and dog insured with NFU, and get a discount for having 2 policies.

Nah, not multi animal as not may horse insurers do pet insurance as well other than petplan and they will be separate departments so can't see they'd do it.

Do you have a farm/smallholding and what sort of dog is it? A long shot but if a working dog you could insure on a farm type policy and then possibly insure your horse with the same company. NFU may do this?

Other than that then no i don't think you can get a discount. Best thing to do is ring the various companies and ask though!

Petplan do a multi-horse discount for 3 or more horses. I don't think that helps you though.

Our dog is with petplan, when we recently bought our new horse petplan gave us a discount for having both animals insured with them - surprised us - added bonus
