Do dogs dream?

My springer is asleep and every now and then he starts twitching all over and makes little bark noises.

Just wondering if all dogs do this?

yep...most of mine do...I wake them as it frightens the sh1t out of me........ esp when im asleep on me own in the duty room at work and my rotti starts bloody twitching and making stupidly loud noises :crazy....she lies right beside my bed and when im asleep I can't tell what the hell or where the hell its coming from....she normally gets a loving thump to awaken her

my whippets are the worst culprits and very noisy

Yep. Stella is forever twitching and yipping.

And when she's not, she snores like a trooper.

Yeah, my JRT does it too, sometimes it makes me jump cos i least expect it, so i just gently wake him up. Waiting for him to be having a bad dream and then upon me waking him attempt to have a nip but he never has.

my little one twitches and chatters away in her sleep....very funny to watch...

Minnie does and snores louder than my OH and runs with her little legs galloping away, looks very funny but if she is in our bed it is very annoying

I found a solution about Leo snoring/twitching and taking up too much room in bed. I told my OH to sleep in a different room

Unfortunately my OH has this terrible habbit at night which irritates me............his chest goes up and down.......can't be doing with it I'm afraid.

Judi snores, dreams, twitches her lips, runs AND howls in her sleep.

The howling is the worst part. Usually comes on about 3am and its the most bloodcurdling noise you've ever heard!
