Do horses twitch? Should I be worried?

Noticed something odd in my mare tonight, her left nostril was twitching all the way up to her cheek. Looked similar to a human when you get that annoying twitch under the eye.

Anyone else had this in their horse? Should I be concerned?

I was watching my friend's horse's chin twitching away the other day, so I presume this is quite normal, but not something you have noticed before. So I would not really worry.

However saying that, if you are really concerned, then give the Vet a call and have a chat, I am sure they will reassure you.
