Do I move???

I have a yard and a house 1 minute walk away (just down drive)

a house has come up whch is more or less on the yard ( right next to my arena)

it's smaller than my house at the moment and I really cannot decide whether to move or not arrggghhh

I have to give them (owners of new house) a decision today

If it is as Benson has said, i wouldn't bother moving. Not unless it dramaticlly reduces mortage payments, if you have one.

mmm probably didn't explain it very well.

My house at the moment is a one minute walk away at the end of the drive (which is a longish drive)

the other (new) house is actually on the yard next to my arena

yes I suppose when it reads like that it does seem silly to move 1 minute away from where I live ( I just like the idea of being able to see the horses from my window:0)) but cost will be about the same.

Seeing our horses form the window is everyones dream but to downsize and no real benifit other than to be able to see that the field needs pooh picking, while you are watching your horses!!!!
