Hi, i was just wondering if i could get some advice from you guys about hunting my 10 year old tbx. he is very fine and he is used to showjumping and xc but my friend said i should try hunting him. they have come past the yard before and he just stood there and watched. i dont want to ruin what i already have but it would be nice to go hunting again.please give me some advice on whether i should go or not??? i really dont want to ruin him.

IMO it wouln't do him any harm to have a short day, the break from the norm helps to freshen them up, and is a very old fashioned way to give a horse a break when their getting stale in their work (i'm sure your lad isn't - i'm just explaining myself!)

Go, have fun, enjoy and take it from there - hunting regularly may not be the right thing for him, but once in a while would be fun for you both!
