I've been soooooo busy these last few months that I haven't been to a show in aaaaagggeeeessss...

Just found out there's a bit of a christmas show on tomorrow and the clear round doesn't start until the respectable time of 11 am. It would take me about 45 minutes to get there but that's OK, BUT I'm lacking motivation seriously as I'm soooooo tired as we approach the end of term, what with the christmas show and mock exams etc etc....

I need at least one semi-decent lie-in a week, and I wouldn't have to get up till about 8.30 and then get ready (will have to drag cloth over tack and boots to make it look half-decent!)

....so do I get my backside in gear and go, and do my school work tomorrow tea-time or just a have another ride around the village (bridleways are knee-high in mud at the mo :( )

My mare is just soooooo easy in everyway (loads herself) and will stand tied outside or in the trailer with hay quite happily so there's no stress there...

Can someone PLEASE!!!! give me some motivational kicks up the backside to go because I want to, but know in the morning I might change my mind!

I think if I go and attach the truck to the trailer now, it means I can't go to the horses without it on therefore might as well chuck the old witch in it and take her I suppose..... :p

Anyone else feel like me when you've been out the loop a tad....?

You'll feel cross with yourself if you don't go!

Get an early night then get yourself up and have a good time. :)

(Easy for me to talk, I've been "out of the loop" all my life :o;))

Get yourself there OP, I am supposed to be stressaging tomorrow, but if the roads are as bad tomorrow as they are today, then I won't be able to get the waggon out :( or risk taking the mare up the road to load her :( I missed the last one I was going to 'cos the clutch went on the waggon, so I may stamp my feet and paddy about tomorrow. Get the cloth out and clean the boots, then you will have to go tomorrow :D

Me too :D Still nasty underfoot at the moment, wet on top of frozen

When we left home at 12 today I could hardly stand up in the yard. Came back at 5pm and it had gone! Gone out to do dogs just now and it's mild and raining. So you could be lucky. I am considering a beach trip tomorrow with the kids (so I will be walking).

I hope everybody gets to do what they are planning tomorrow, even those like the OP who aren't even sure they want to :p :D
