Do mane and tail growth products really work?

I would like to grow my horses mane, but it doesnt seem to have changed in the past 9 months. Do these products that claim they promote mane and tail growth really work? And if so do you recommend one or any other tips for growth? Thanks

Messy on a mane, but cornucrescine will make hair grow as well as feet.

i use mega a tec shampoo {its costly £22 a bottle but last a while} you can water it down and put it on manes/tails no need for washing out, and i find it works.

Ive just bought some megatek, so I hope it works! is it quite sticky if you use it neat then?
