No way!?
I'm PMSL! I'd be mortified if I sent off for a portrait of H and this came back!

Wherever did you find that?
Well, I suppose you have to give him/her credit for trying, I can't draw a stick man so it's better than anything I could produce I guess.

I read the blurb, is that what artists do then, just paint over an enlarged photograph?!

Not one I'd order from though I have to say.

Well I've never heard of an artist painting over a photo! PMSL!
(I think maybe this person should try that angle...as the painting by numbers way really doesn't cut it...

LOL!!!)

I stumbled across it whilst searching for suitable equestrian surfaces!

I feel a bit sorry for the person - it looks like an enthusiastic kid has set the site up/done the pics, and as such might be a bit gutted to read this. I don't see them getting many commissions, but when you're a kid that isn't really the point.....

I can see where you're coming from but at the same time alot of the problems in our culture at the moment come from a lack of honesty among people's friends and family. It's a bit like the people who go on x-factor without the ability to sing at that level. People are over supportive and it sets others up for a fall. Whoever this website belongs to good luck for them for having a go but at the same time I would say they need to put a lot more practice in before people are realistically going to pay them.
