My boys bed is on concrete but where there is not bed i have put rubber matting down at the front and back! His stable is huge btw! Would you deep litter him over winter?
do people deep litter this time of year?

Is he on straw or shavings?
Mine is on straw and i take the wet out once a week. Dont leave any longer as its such a chore to get it all out when the time comes!!!

I deep litter on rubber matting, but I partially remove the wet during the week and do a full muck out at the weekend. Our's are on Auboise.

I have rubber all over the floor and paper on top so I don't need to deep litter. However, if it suits you to deep litter him, I'm sure it won't make any difference to him so long as you give him a really deep bed (probably appreciate it
), clean it out every week or so and keep it skipped out.
