Hello,
I am currently in my 3rd year of study at the University of the West of England, Hartpury, reading BSc (Hons) Animal Behaviour and Welfare. As a part of my Equine Behaviour and Psychology unit I have put together a questionnaire which I hope you can fill out about certain characteristics which your horse may or may not posses. At the moment this is just a pilot study looking into whether show jumpers (equine) share any of the same characteristics, this could be further researched, by comparing the differences between horses competing at different disciplines.
To complete this questionnaire, you must compete in show jumping, at any level, and be over 18. It will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Also, if you leave your email address at the bottom of the questionnaire, I will try my best to reply to you letting you know what characteristics and traits they posses.

Looking forward to seeing your responses,

Ruth Phillips

Thank you very much, no worries about not competing at the moment, as long as the horse you are filling this out for has previously competed :D

Good, hopefully he won't go lame again, but just in case I'm not telling him of my plans for jumping so he doesn't get chance! :D

Just want to say a big thank you to all who filled this out for me, I have closed the questionnaire now, but thank you so much for your contribution :D If you left your email, I shall reply within the week :D
