I am thinking about trying some alternative therapies  for one of my ponies. I sent a lovely safe pony off for winter schooling to keep him ticking over as I was busy at work, etc. He came back and has developed some behavioural problems  I would like to find out exactly what's on his mind and thought some sort of horse psychic would be good so that I know where to start to help him with his newly found issues. Any thoughts? Fife area. I would be so happy to get him happy again. :)

Sorry to hear he's come back with problems. Are you able to speak to the people he went to to try and find out what went on? It may be the way they managed him is different, eg, in stable more, different feed etc, would it be possible to go up there one day and see what their routine is like to see if this may have affected him? Watch them ride etc. May I ask what is different about him?

Yes well ..... my friend, who is also an instructress went up to see him whilst he was staying there and she told me he was being very lazy....which is quite normal for him....but to get him going forward the people I sent him to chased him with a lunge whip with a carrier bag tied to it!!! I immediately organised transport to move him. God knows what else went on but I know he was a bit nappy before, I've had him since last May and he has been so good in the past with complete novices, even disabled kids but now he is just not happy to be ridden......he's only been back a couple of weeks and I know these things take time, I just want the lovable pony back. :)
