Hoping some kind person in here may be able to help me.

Someone I know tried out a treeless saddle about ten years ago (I think this is when they were first coming out), and they had one on trial to see if they got on with it. I was just wondering if any of the companies do this - I want to try one on my horse.

Secondly, does anyone know of any decent WOW saddle fitters near Lincoln?

Horse is being a pain to find a saddle for, and I am hoping one of these may be the solution!

Any saddle posted out to you, or fitted at your premises rather than that of the retailer, comes on a 7 day trial as a result of the distance selling legislation. You will in most instances have to pay for the saddle in full (though some companies will take card details, or lease you a saddle) and then arrange a refund, less costs, if you decide to return it. Most companies will ask you to keep the saddle in immaculate condition (stay out of the rain, wrap the leathers in socks or pop them under the flaps) or will deduct for damage.

Don't know about others, but Solution definitely do. I had a two week trial with mine.

Echo Burnttoast about Jon Homer. He has a very good eye for saddle fitting. He literally spent a couple of hours with me on more than one occasion as my pony is quite difficult to fit.

Jon and his wife also came up with the idea of a neoprene girth sleeve as my H girth was rubbing a lot. They did a prototype and it works! Hair grown back and pony is much happier. They're in the process of making one for retail now. Very helpful couple and very knowledgable too.
