my horse has had a raised temperature since friday now and has been picking at his food,has the vet out every day to give him antibiotic injection.it seems to be some sort of bacterial respiratory problem as his lungs are a little noisy.now i have just started with swine flu and can not move every part of me aches and i have a very high temperature.his muscle enzymes were raised on his blood test and it all seems co incidental that we should both have the same symptoms at the same time!we mentioned it to the vet and he said its not proven that horses can get swine flu but it couldnt be completely ruled out as its made the jump from pigs to humans!what do people think???
