this is my first time having my pony this winter and this is his first time hunting.....he is reli good and i have taken him twice so far...i am also doing threee more to come...is it too much for his first year?

As long as its not blowing his head you will be fine.
Hunters are always out, however they are hunter horses.

just be careful that it does not get to much for his head, as once they have the blown huting bug its hard to get them back

5 in one season is fine in fact is not much compared to al ot of horses that are not just hunters!!

Should be fine hun! Most of the horses on our yard (mainly hunters, but a fair few family ponios) are going twice a week!!!!
