Mum said to me the other day, 'you look like a horsey person' I said, 'well I will do, in jods and boots' and she said that even when I'm dressed normal I look 'horsey'
(my family aren't horsey and I've only been around horses 3 and a bit years.)
And when I went to work a day at the riding school, one of the clients mentioned to me that horsey people have a look, and you can just tell who is and who isn't horsey.
So, what do you guys think? Is there a 'look' to horsey people?

Maybe more of a 'smell' then a Look

I think there is - but I would say it's more clothes related than physical appearance. If someone walks up the high street in a Joules top and Dubarrys, for instance, you can take a pretty good guess that they are horsey! But in a night club, with nearly everyone wearing mini skirts and skimpy tops? I doubt you'd be able to pick out the horse girls!

I think you would.....arms like Madonna, shoulders like a prop forward, staggering around in high heels and more suited to wellies. Badly self-cut fringe and ruddy cheeks.

At least, that what our RC presentation evening usually looks like

Ah Poppymoo, you have obviously seen me in my going out gear

I realized today that I'm starting to look like One of Those middle-aged (and beyond) women with tatty hair, no make-up, fat ar$e, wearing tracky bottoms and looking looking pretty scratty, who lives on the basics. On the other hand, my horse is pristine and has the best of everything.

My children look at me fearfully when a day out is mentioned, lest I embarrass them by turning up as described......
