Pardon me for sounding grumpy but surely a receipe thread would be more appropriate for the Soap Box, which is intended for things non-horsey rather than New Lounge which is intended for horsey topics? Unless of course you want my recipe for "real" Ardennes pate or one for horse burgers - or for those wondering what to do with the extra parts after having a colt gelded, Nut Roast?
