Because those mistakes can be overcome by good movements in the rest of the test. Thinking back to Satchmo at the Olympics, getting medals despite massive mistakes.

Well i am no dressage judge! Much prefer the previous tests, more consistant, though some of the other movements weren't performed as well. Everyone has there own opinion.
