Mine are deffo pets, they have to be, one has been retired for 10 years and the other is a field ornament as he's mad.

This was my thought, however if I am asked what pets I have the horse does seem to feature, however the horse has to work whereas the dogs don't

thats interesting but has me even more confused because whereas I would definately call my dogs pets I think they work more and do more to earn their keep than the horses do
