Do you do non-horse exercise/sports?

Wondering how many do non-horse related exercise/sports?
Was thinking about how many riders do something other than riding, as it's my one year runiversary :p Run approx 3 times a week currently, but not very fast or far lol.

So what other exercise do you do? :)

swim on a rare occasion but otherwise don't need to do any other sport as I work this yard 6-30 am - 5pm 6 days a week so IMO I do enough exercise.
 
I do a seven minute work out each day (it's an app and is far harder than it sounds, honest!), walk everywhere as a fairy decent pace, and try and run when I can too.

Also do a lot of stretching as my hips, thighs and knees haven't taken too kindly to riding properly again...
 
I do my physio exercises everyday - I'm trying to counteract the impact of several heavy unplanned dismounts to prevent disability in my old age. My Mother was very disabled at the end of her life and I'm very scared of loosing my mobility like she did.
