In my experience the full siblings i have bred are very similar in temperament and personality. They can differ wildly on type though, and I have had this.
However I think temperaments are mainly influenced by their upbringing. How they're handled as young ones affects their temp. If you have the chance to buy a full sibling to your current horse, great do it if it is coming from the same nursery-then you can guarantee attitude and temp but if not i'd say no.
And sibling may turn out a completely different type. Of the 2 full siblings i've bred, one pair were carbon copies of each other and the other pair were exactly the same temp/attitude wise but utterly different type/height/weight/bone and colour.
