Do you have someone who exercises/trains your horse?

A friend of mine either lunges or schools my horse twice a week for me she doesn't charge as she doesn't have any horses of her own at the moment so we both benefit from it, plus she is very skilled and i trust her completely, i don't really let that many people ride her as she is quite sensitive.

i need to find someone competent that i can trust, to school my pony for me once a week when im not there so tack up/untack etc themselves too, not charge the earth, oh and be under 5tf3 and under 10 stone.

i think it will take me forever to find someone within that criteria but as someone said above working 5 days a week its hard to excercise in the winter week days. i work 10 hour days and by the time i get to the yard at 6.30 im too tired to school and then i get cross with myself so its a vicious circle really! bring on summer evreything seems far less doom and gllom then!!!

My best friend who is a listed BD judge and trainer, schools my horse for me sometimes, and I dont pay anything. If I ride a horse for someone, I charge £10 for about 30mins.

I do similar - £10 for 45mins for friends bringing their horse to mine for me to do, £20 to anyone else or if I have to travel there (obviously a reasonable distance, otherwise I add on travel costs).
