Do you have to plait for BSJA?and colour question

I'm competing BSJA on day tickets this winter, and i have two questions. Firstly do i have to plait? and secondly what colours are allowed to compete in? I have a gorgeous burgandy velvet saddlecloth, just plain burgandy, would i be able to compete in it?

I never plait, enough though I think it looks so much smarter, I can't be ar*ed basically!

Most saddle cloths are fine even with piping, as long as it's not garish you'll be fine.

No plaiting for BSJA and any colour you want to ride in, i used to jump in a navy velvet bound in gold saddle cloth that matched my pin stripe navy and gold piping jacket

plaiting for BSJA!?!?! I think i have plaited about 4 times in total for BSJA and ony ever for championships or if required by the schedule (very rare).

and yes as said by others you can have any colour you want numnah wise!

You don't have to plait but you can if you want to (i don't), and you can use any colour saddlecloth, have fun!!
