Do you insure your horse I have always along with my Trailer on the same policy where as my friend do's not she said she would rather pay for it if anything happens and keep the monthly sub for other things.
I am insured and he is insured, including vets bills. I cannot imagine the thought of having to have my horse PTS because I could not afford to treat him if something very serious happened. And that would be AFTER I'd sold the house and car ! I pay £24 a month and wouldn't dream of not doing so.
well I'd have to sleep on it enfys![]()
My horse is covered for third party liability I'm covered with the BSJA as well.
However I don't have vets cover, my horse is seventeen now, and I probably wouldn't put her through major surgery at her age and the money I've saved monthly not paying premiums goes towards a vet fund.
