my sons little pony used to kiss on "command" and always gave a good ol' snog - she was adorable, my mare hates kissing and turns away in disgust although I love slobbering on her so end up grabbbing her mush and giving her one whether she likes it or not - my youngster likes a kiss but i don't trust her as she's very nippy at the mo !

Fany, I think if I tried to kiss her she would try to eat me, she will try eating anything that gets too close to her mouth. I do snuggle with her though.

The only one out of 5 that i can at the moment is Osc- lucky since he's the one i share! He doesn't really like it but puts up with me. He also gets a big hug around his neck every night- he's not so keen on this either but since i bring the food

He much prefers a really good scratch, which he gets after i have rode, all around his face. The guy who lives on the yard (not horsey) caught me making the accompanying groans of pleasure that go with this last night 'ohhhhhhhh is that goood?!'

Kiz is a grumpy witch so i don't kiss her, she would rather be left alone. In fact she got a whopping good bite on my bum last night, so my face isn't going near those teeth!

Baby would love it but she can be a bit mouthy, and the 2 brood mares live out and don't get much fuss like that so they wouldn't know what was going on

The one livery on there is good for kissing though, and blowing rasberries on. He loves it

I draw the line as them lipping at my face though. I can put my lips on them, but they can't on me. I know two people who got their faces bitten badly when they were having a 'snog' with their mouthy/bitey/nippy horses- not the best plan really...
And not pretty.

I have a couple of shetties that would stand there all day with you kissing their nose, my TB has has to be in the right mood, but if you try and kiss a couple of the other shetties I have then you have to be quick otherwise they will try and bite you.

And then there is muffin whos has the most amazing soft velvety nose, if you give him a kiss then he will give you a complete tonguing back.

Mine has the softest hairiest nose that smells of vetiver, (perfume made of grass oils)earth and molasses and the most gorgeous long prickly mustache he grows every winter. He loves to be kissed and gently blown on and stands for ages just enjoying it - he never nibbles back.
He is the most lovable horse I have ever owned!
