How has the situation been sorted? Bit confused. You asked for help, gave limited information and then when people start asking questions say its sorted ... still a bit confused.

Reading between the lines it appears that these horses have been sold to or given to somebody who has misrepresented themselves and probably wants to sell them on. That is what happens when you sell or give away a horse, you have no control over their future.

For info to all he was at Reading today there was 1 x bay there but nothing like any of the others - like I said earlier - couldn't help if we don't know what it is about so I shall move on.
 
Am confused by this thread, know all the horses and the yard where they have been, two of them at least for the last 3+ years. I believe that due to old age and injury Fergus and Hidalgo were PTS several weeks ago.

I think the phrase is "need to know". Natalia is not a troll and posted for a good reason,but not for general gossip/discusion.It may seem frustrating to you all but please try to understand.
 
Well, I have to say that I have found this all uber confusing! I know of people that have had there horses taken on loan and then the horse (s) have disapeared into the middle of nowhere and they really wish they could get all of it "sorted" in the space of 24 hours!
 
Guys I can assure you all that natalia is not a troll and is dealing with a genuine situation. Once everything is cleared up and sorted I'm sure she'll fill you in but for the moment it's not something that can be aired on a public forum.
 
How rude can some people be! I have read some of these posts in amazement, do you not actually read what has been said before writing a catty response. Natalia stated in her OP that she could not go into details, she was asking for help, why do some people feel they have a right to know more than that. Natalia has over 2000 posts, why would anyone want to call her a troll? I don't know more than what I have read on her posts but immediately think something is amiss, such as horses being sold on loan or similar. She did say that the horses had been sold fraudulently, why do you need details, crime numbers etc. Despite the fact that the post asked to contact Ted Barnes if the horses were seen people said they couldn't (or wouldn't) help with knowing all the ins and outs of the situation.
 
I agree, sounds like one of those situations where horses were meant to have been sent to slaughter and "gone missing" on the way- perhaps like those "rehoming" "charities" like to sell broken horses to people who want riding horses? Anyway, best of luck with it and can you let us know if you find them at least?
 
With respect, natalia is not obliged to tell us a thing. Yes, she made a public requst for help, but that doesn't mean the public are now entitled to know every detail of the situation.

Plus, if authorities are involved, she may not be able to give details for legal reasons, and as a well known dealer is involved she probably can't say anything further without breaking HHO t&c, regardless of whether or not she wanted to share the story.

Sorry for keeping this thread alive natalia, but it was at the top anyway!

The requests for details of the Force involved and the Crime Number are very releveant.

There are a number on here involved with welfare on a daily basis and who are regulars at sales. If a horse involved in a crime is spotted you dont have the benefit of being able to spend ages trying to work out who the heck to get hold of to do something about it. You NEED the crime ref and the police details so the auctioneers or the police can be involved immediately otherwise off thehorse goes on the back of another lorry.

These posts do nothing to help those who are genuinely in need. Either sort it out on the quiet or give USEFUL information.
 
All I can say, is if you sent these horses to him to be destroyed, they may have been sold on. I know it happens.
