Do you let others ride your horses?

I will if know they are competent, or if it a friend that just wants to walk out with me etc made the mistake of letting someone who claimed to be a good rider on my old horse and it was not nice! I quite like my sister, who is a lovely rider but doesn't ride anymore due to having 2 kids, coming round and popping on now and again - nice to see how he moves! More difficult to get people to ride them considering they are at home and there aren't many horsey people around

My mare doesn't let other people ride her!!!!! apart from her Auntie Suzanne who she seems to like. My gelding only gets ridden by decent riders who will give him confidence as he is a complete wimp!!! It's an easy situation.....

My pony is quite a stressy boy and likes to piddle off with new people so I am very select with who I do allow.
