Do you make extra money from your horsebox or trailer?

We've seen horseboxes and trailers converted into everything from mobile Prosecco bars and barber shops to festival sleeping pods and vintage clothing stores, but is anyone generating some extra cash from their vehicle and STILL using it to transport their horses?
We're looking for ideas for an H&H feature on making money from your transport. Maybe you use your trailer/lorry to deliver parcels, as an exhibition stand, to sell tack from or as a mobile horse clipping service - but you can still empty it out and load up your horse for a show...
Any good ideas out there? Please email andreaoakes@yahoo.co.uk with details if you're managing to make your horse transport multi-task.

I'd probably not want to buy anything I'm putting in my mouth from a box that still carries horses.

I was imagining people taking friends' horses etc along to events when I saw the title of this thread and then though 'oh, but people don't want to be doing that (for money) becasue of the insurance/licensing issues...'.

There are/were some horse drawn caravans around that could be rented out (although most owners are too sensible to let you disappear off along roads with their animal and property unsupervised so it isn't a very private holidaying option!)

It doesn't need to be money-making. It could be that you use it as a spare bedroom when a relative stays, or sleep in it at festival - or load up bikes and surfboards for a holiday... Any ideas appreciated!

It sounds hideous pedantic (sorry) but I have an awful feeling that at least some insurance policies exclude any non-horse use....:(

We use ours when friends need a large item collected, not for money but as a favour. E.g., friend bought a sofa off eBay, collection only so off we went.
It's also been used for a friend to move house. They got poo on their sofa so I doubt they will ask again ;)

We've used ours to help friends with removals. Works fine as long as everything is boxed & they don't have allergies haha ...
Have collected hardware ....
Have slept in it at shows.

No extra money :( :(

My bf has taken mine (3.5t) a couple of times when he has gone away for the weekend drag racing. Used it transport his tool boxes etc and sleep in. He fitted it out with leisure battery, 240v hookup, proper lighting etc. Apparently got a lot of looks and comments when he parked it up in the pitlane
