Or is it just me :-/
I know when I don't do any extra exercise ( like cardio and strength etc) my riding abilities lack big time! And I tend to come off a lot easier too
doesn't help having a 15.1 PONY
Anyway for the last 2 weeks I've bucked my ideas up and been doing cardio and strength core training most days (4/5 times a week)...... And I've noticed a major difference , my balance has improved a hell of a lot and my general position, people have noticed too. So on that note were off to our first ever show on sunday
