If you look at the old hunting prints though...no plaits!! Our hunt is on Autumn Hunting dress since the ban so no plaits, though I hogged my Irish Cob anyway
Yes - I am the original GOW - and proud of it.
However, are YOU a farmer??
I repeat - no farmers = no hunting.
Please just have some respect for the people over whose land you hunt.
"Smirks" sounds to me as if you are just a silly little girl.
Does Farmville count? If so then, yes I am a farmer, currently growing Strawberries and Christmas trees. Oh and I gad over whoevers ground the Master does, I just follow the red Jacket!
Er is that not the point of this forum to ask advice from people?
If its been done to death its obviously something people want advice on but its not there fault if they havnt seen a thread on it before.

That is NOT farming, that is Horticulture - and please, Masters wear Coats NOT jackets.

You are just too easy to wind up, love you really!
LMAO at JoBo, Mr woof what is your problem? someone asked a question about plaiting and you go off on one about who land they are riding on, surely that is the responiblity of the hunts master to sort out not the paying public!!!!
in answer to Jcberry's question yes you do have to plait unless your horse is hogged.

Then you very obviously did not read JoBo's post re: following the FM.
NO, it is not totally the FM's responsibility - it is up to EVERYONE to respect the ground over which one hunts.
