Do you purchase rugs over £70.00????

Just to be picky - surely a £70 heavy weight turnout wouldn't be classed as premium?
Whereas a £70 lightweight/stable/cooler might be classed as premium?

Thanks guys!
I really do appreciate it. Its a survey for a dissertation!

Ihatework - I totally agree and its a very good point, however as there is so many rugs on the market of varying weights/types etc, I have based the word premium on the price of any rug, I agree with you but its all done statistically and an average price was taken from a large number of rugs.

Its a little confusing I no but its the only way that I could do it given the number of rugs on the market!

Thank you though, a very valid point made!!

Started to fill it in :D as I have bought 4 rugs recently @ over £70

had to stop @ question 7

I don't live in Scotland, England (top, middle or bottom) or Wales

I'm in N Ireland & we are not included

Ah well good luck anyway x

I am a premium rug owner. My rugs are so posh, I keep the horses unrugged. Bloody philistines, have you seen what they do to rugs

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D! PMSL!

On another note, I also liked the survey - thought it was well constructed. But on the option of how many rugs do you purchase a year, it went from 0 to 2. As I am attending therapy for my excessive rug purchasing, I am currently on 1 per year, so put this in "other" but you may want to change it to incorporate "1" as an option?

And add Northern Ireland for the other poster! :D

Great survey though :D

Have done the survey - but my answers aren't 100% truthful simply because I DO buy "premium" rugs - (there are certain brands, mentioned in the survey, which I really like because of quality and the better fit on my horses, so I do stick to the same brands) - however, I am an avid bargain hunter and by shopping around, I would be unhappy if I had to pay more than £70 for a premium rug. If you search hard enough, you can find these premium rugs for less than £70 - usually if you are happy, like me, to have your horses wearing "last season's colours". So that's what I do! e.g. Got an excellent, brand new heavy weight Mark Todd turnout last month for £45.

Thank you so much for all your replies,

I will amend the question regarding location I will repost asap. I really cant believe the brilliant response that I have had,

Thank you all
