Not sure what age he is, but personally, I would want to see more rounded rump ( hill walking) and more strength in neck( schooling).
November shows very little condition along the backbone, that is my main comment there.
I would expect most horses to look a little better in May then November, so in fact I don't see a dramatic change, sorry but you did ask!

he has his head down in the first pic, so it's kind of hard to tell... but it seems like he has a bit more muscle mass round his shoulder/chest area.
Just he looks happier in the second cos the sun is shining

Is it the same horse??...def a difference nice shiny and filled out more(I am no expert) but he looks more muscled and healthier

I can see a difference! His hip bones are much less prominent now and his coat more shiney x

He was 4 in the first pic, and 5 in the second, is 17hh so still abit of filling out to do yet He dropped a lot of weight in nov due to various reasons, so trying to get him to put weight on
Definatley the same horse, I only own one
Hips are more covered now, he used to look very empty!

He definitely has more top line and is looking more muscled.
He will be so amazing once he has stopped grazing. I love his attitude and from reading your reports you are producing him so well and taking your time. Once he is 6 he will be on fire!

lol thank you, he is such a nice person to work with
It may take longer for him to fill out (he has a huge frame!!), hopefully by age 7 or 8 he will have finally filled his frame He has other ideas on being produced slowly (report in progress
) but he is very easily bored! Hopefully he will develop his bum muscles more, still needs more topline but will take time i guess
