Do you sell or bin cheap no longer needed items ?

Do you have a wish list Ruth, perhaps some of us can help?

I tend to buy more than I sell or throw out!

I do but I have been ticked off by TFC for less ;)
I shocked someone the other day because I was so excited to be getting some leg bones from a farrier who does disssections!!!

The clippers are my big thing at the moment.
An old fashioned under blanket and roller
A 3 ring gag (many of the bits I have are happy mouths where the mouthpieces are worn though!)
A waterford
A kimblewick
A string girth
A stud girth
a 3 fold girth

Like I say, nothing has to be in safe condition to be actually used on a horse. If it suitable to be put on for experience (not ridden in or anything, just put on and taken off) then it's a bonus.

I like to be able to show my students a range of things, even if some are rarely used. I like to know that if they go to work for someone who uses different things, they will have a good idea of what to do with them

If it was like you say a cheap
Fly fringe I would probably just offer it to a fellow livery for nothing. That's done quite a lot at our yard as well as selling no longer needed stuff. When I lost my old horse I gave away a few rugs which were well branded & good condition. I also picked up a perfect condition horseware rug for nothing as someone no longer needed it.....one persons rubbish is another persons treasure!

I wish this thread had been put on over xmas, I could have provided a 3 fold girth and all the bits you need, I took a job lot of rugs, bits, headcollars, buckets, all sorts really to the RSPCA rescue centre, I alternate between them and a local native pony rescue
