Almost certainly the answer will soon be yes. I know the lady who makes them and she said there was loads of interest from adults when she had a stand at Your Horse Live.
I think there will be some concern about weight distribution, as really they are just a glorified bareback pad, but that will be helped by the "memory foam" that goes in the seat.
I had one of these last week for a tried and tested and i have to say they are fantastic, my little one was quite happy on board and it gave my 7 year old all the confidence in the world!
Wow, what a fantastic idea! Sort of has the same effect as someone walking alongside holding their legs, but obviously will give them more confidence as they think they're doing it alone.
Seems a bit expensive though for what is basically a pad saddle that will be quickly outgrown, perhaps would be better in synthetic rather than leather to keep costs down.
I really don't think it is expensive. It will last for some years without being outgrown because you can move the pads. The reason it isn't cheap as chips will be because it uses memory foam in the construction. That is very expensive stuff, I know because I brought some for a saddle I designed some time ago. Bearing in mind that I know that, I think it's a very reasonable price for a good quality product.
Sorry, I sound like an advert, but I do think they are a good idea.
