I was trying to take a picture of him for Scranny Ann, so she could see it on him, so I picked him up and put him somewhere bright and told him not to move.
I think that's his 'I promise I won't move, please don't beat me Mummy!' face

mmm, looks more like the sad puppy stare than death stare to me, think he needs to practice a bit more

Mind you, if I were him and you made me wear that coat I'd probably have missed the stare out all together and gone straight for your throat..................

but he has just got less death starey and more pleading as time has gone on

He might well BE evil for all we know - he's fooled us all with the St Sweep act

I'll have you know that all 6 of his uncles have matching ones

Except some of theirs have pink bits on

He'll see the light on Wednesday when he's wet and cold at lunchtime and then suddenly toasty warm

If ever a dog was rolling his eyes at his owner...it's Otto!

I think he knows full well mummy is taken another one of her embarrassing photos to put in the album. One of those albums that only come out when the girlfriend comes around to cause ritual humiliation.

On a serious level, I love the rug. I'm sure it will serve him well after he's been working.

It's a Colin Cook/Aerborn/Thermalux (I never know what it's actually called

) dog rug, my Parent's lived near the Factory Shop, so we got it in one of the Factory Sales.
It is absolutely amazing at drying them out, I never towel dry Otto, just whack that on at the end of a walk and by the time we get home, he is dry!

They sometimes have them on EBay and some doggy/horsey shops.
