I did get one for my horses and I jumped my barefoot horse in it and there was a big scrape on it after! I was shocked.

I took her out jumping on Saturday but I couldn't bring myself to put it on as it would of looked so silly on a barefoot horse!!

Ride in one all time studs or not. Most of my horses are careful and its always got marks even without studs. Stops my horses kicking themselves in the belly

Barefoot or not - i'd still wear it.

I don't look particularly clever in hi viz but i dont hack out without it.

Of course, thats just my personal opinion.
