Do you wear a hat?

I wear earwarmers and it is amazing how cold I feel when I don't wear them!

I have a whole 'wardrobe' full of the most horrible-looking hats: fleece pixie hats for the cold, brimmed hats for sun, waterproof jobs for wet. Only requirement is that they don't have any fancy bobbles or toggles or they are gone in a flash into the mouths of two kleptomaniac ponies.

Nope,Just an ear warmer/muffler thing! Have knitted one from Primani and a Chunky knit one from River island with proper Fluffley bits, like on ear muffs to go over your ears!
They dont fit under my hat though

No I hardly ever wear a hat.

1. I have a big head and find it difficult to get hats to fit, if they do fit I look really stupid in them

2. I have really thick hair and that keeps my head warm enough, so 99% of the time I get too hot in a hat.

3. When it is really cold I have an ear warmer head band thingy and a buff to keep me warm. My down filled coat, that I wear in really cold weather also has an insulated hood which has the added advantage of keeping drafts off my neck.

I always use a hat any excuse even in sumner I put one on .
I have a large collection of fleece beanies etc and yes I look batty in them but I don't care I am so used to wearing them I find myself wearing them in the house long after I have come in .
I got given a Christmas a sealskiz waterproof beanie its great I love it.

Yep, I wear a woolly hat with my long hair tucked up underneath in winter or a cap with my hair tucked up underneath in summer - anything to try and keep the horse-pee smell out of my hair for as long as I can.

I have a bright pink bobble hat which everyone thinks is hideous... except I heve photographic evidence of my sister using it to go out in- and my mum was wearing it on saturday!!

Oh Yes! My Scoobie Doo wooly hat from about 15 years ago is still going strong and comes out every winter I just could not survive without it and also my neck warmer and gloves and fleeces and coats... Yep you guessed it I am one chilly mortal even when mucking out and riding Oh I also wear a baseball cap most of the summer I have very short hair and it really looks minging after getting hot and sweaty when riding first thing, and I meet far to many people on the dog walk home to be seen looking that awful, mind you never seem to mind the fact that I don't have my face on!!!!
By that i do mean make up!!!!!!!!!

I find hats too hot but I love my mark todd ear warmers! stop me getting earache in those bitter winds and keep you a bit warmer but not too warm, if that makes sense
