Just wondering! How do you celebrate Chrimbo when out on your horse? I always did if I had kiddies around but dont now.

Only on the fancy dress ride, which we did with the RC on Sunday, then I did and so did Amber.
(We came third overall and Amber got a first as the best dressed horse!

Every Christmas eve at my RS there is a staff vs livery gymkana and I rode in it for 3 years.

Im miserable and don't do anything christmassy with the horse. I hate seeing tinsel on the horses bridle down the cheekpieces - poor horse has sparkly things to look at all day...!

Pony is currently sporting a rather attracive blue tinsel "neck strap". Wouldn't trust it in an emergancy but it looks pretty! Dogs have tinsel neck collars as well. why not, it looks pretty on the yard and the kids love it when they come for their lessons.

Can't even manage tinsel in house at min but do sing Christmas carols as opposed to naff songs instead, Only when suitably far enough away from populated areas mind!
