I am sure it won't. It is a family business. As long as people buy there is a demand, as long as there is a demand there will be a business.
 
In all honesty though, he doesnt keep the horses for very long at all, literally straight in and straight out again, so the welfare of the horses started well before he bought them, if you see what i mean, so maybe it is giving them a bit of a chance. When i was there they all had access to hay and water.
 
It's not quite that straightforward, because there is a lot of rumour about how the horses are actually treated while with him. But as none of that is proven fact then obviously the only offences committed are the ones that Trading Standards deal with.
