Hi 4x4, yes I have fed this to my gelding for the last couple of years. He is a 14yr old TB gelding and had a bout of tying up which led to me speaking to DOdson and Horrell feed adviser. This was the feed she recommended along with a chaff type feed and Daily mins and Vits supplement. It is not very exciting to look at but he has done really well on it and more importantly - not tied up again. He can be quite bright but this feed has certainly not whiz zed him up at all and if anything has led to him being a little quieter.
The only issue is it is quite expensive and you need to get your feed merchant to order it in as its not usually a stock feed.
Hope this helps.
I've used this since it first came out. Initially used it on 20yo following colic surgery in case his guts were a bit sensitive and he's been on it ever since. Also feed to 3 or 4 others: 4-6 yo competition horses and also to 13 yo ex racehorse. Keeps weight on them without making them loony. All seem to love it and all look great, so have never thought about changing. If it ain't broke don't fix it and all that!
