Does anybody feed this to their horse and how do you like it if so?

My horse is currently fed a balancer but his work load has increased quite a bit and I feel like he needs a bit more oomph. Usually he has plenty of energy for his work but he just seems now like he could do with a bit more sparkle and stamina. I don't want to feed masses of mix or cubes to the usual levels recommended by feed companies though so this looks to tick the box quite nicely. Does anybody feed it and find it just gives their horse that little bit extra that they need?

It would be fed alongside chaff and some micronised linseed and he also gets ad lib haylage overnight.

How long has the increased workload been in place? You may find that once the horse gets fitter and adapts then you won’t need to feed such a high starch/cereal mix.

For sustained energy release you can add more linseed.

I fed Amber this for a few weeks because they were giving sacks of it away to volunteers at Chatsworth Horse Trials. I can't say I noticed any difference - it temporarily replaced Linseed & Alfa A oil. It did not fizz her up and she looked great in it but she looked and felt good anyway.
