Does anybody use this on adult horses?
My intsructor has recommended it for my horse as she uses it on her eventers. It says can be used as a balancer although aimed at breeding mares and youngstock.
Or any other ideas of balancers to use.
He is 17yr old currently ridden 6 times a week schooling, hacking and lessons and will be competing couple of times a month from next month.
Any comments appreciated.

Yes, use it for everything. Just one cup a day to balance a high forage diet. My 18yrold in similar work gets ad-lib haylage, then once a day only: 1/2 large scoop AlaAOil, 1 cup Suregrow, 1/2 large scoop cool-mix. Any day that he works hard egcompetition, long hack, I increase the Cool-mix. In the summer: no hay/haylage and only fed if he is ridden. But he is 3/4CB so a good doer.

Yes, use it on my mare and my sister's retired mare. I emailed D&H to check this would be ok before using it and they confirmed it would be fine.

Yes, 10 year old Gelderlander mare. In full work and looks fabulous on it. Mine gets two mugs, about 250g a day 365 days a year.
