Does america have online phone books?

I am trying to get in contact with an old penfriend, however, I am just wondering if they still live at their old address (I dont think she is on facebook). Is there anyway I can find an online phone directory? I know this is a bit of a long shot, but thought it was worth a try. She lived in Michigan.

Yes there are loads of online phone books for USA. Just type in online phone books and loads will come up,you can even do a multi search with several companies.
