i have a young 3 year old Welsh Section C mare that is now starting showing, how ever i got told she was bum high? is this common in this breed at a young age? will she grown in her bottom? im worried as the judge really didnt like her :(

any comments are welcome:)

Bum high simply means she's still growing. They tend to shoot up at the front, then the back (bum high) then level out again. She could do it for the next 3 years so I wouldn't worry, just take it easy as/when you come to back her as if she goes bum high again it will make it more difficult for her to work comfortably.
