Hi There,

Just wondering if anyone does any driving on here. I have done a few private driving shows and we are looking to do some indoor driving this winter. Any information or help would be much appreciated as i do it with my mum and we are a couple of happy daftees at themoment but keen to improve! Just thought Id post and see if anyone on here does as I havnt seen any threads...:D

i don't.. I event, but met a guy at V festival at the weekend whose dad is Gary Brown?? was wondering if i can get a contact number as i think I was involved when his mates finger got broken ;-/ and want to say sorry!!!

I used to do Horse drawn funerals as you can see in my signature. It was great to learn driving and I really enjoyed it. The funerals were always sad, especially children, but I'd like to think we made them a bit more special.

I always evented until I badly broke my leg and it took years to fit. I was very lucky because we had a super groom who had worked for a family where the mum did horse driving trials . We got a super horse who had done it all he was called Andy he taught me it all I absolutely adored him after 3 years he found the HDTs to much work so he did dressage and even light hunting for a couple of years he was just great just went to horse heaven a month ago I miss him so.
Driving is fab fun and you can still enjoy as the years go by the marathon driving is really exciting I am back to riding now but have a driving horse who will complete next year have a go ifvyou get the chance.

The Indoor stuff I've been to isn't scary at all and they have every level from v novice to people like Rara who get selected for teams. If you're worried, why not go along to your local club one to watch and introduce yourself first :)
