Does anyone buy shaving bales in bulk?

And if so where do you buy them from?

At present we buy 10 bales at a time at £5.50 a bale but this is only summer rates & once winter sets in this goes upto £7.

We have the space to take 4 full pallets which would equate to 130 odd bales & so would see us through the winter & we wondered if we could get them any cheaper than what we are paying now.

We are based in North Lincolnshire if anyone knows of any companies that deliver in bulk.
 
Not sure how many exactly but we have an arctic lorry load with 60 on a pallet.

We have used Cushionbed which wern't ver good cheaper than shaving but not very absorbent.

Then White Horse Shavings which from what i gather is currently having financial problems but have told us they will be producing again soon.

ATM we are using Equestro Bed who I think are in Norfolf and we are paying about £4.25 a bale in bulk without delivery.
 
Thanks jess_asterix & JustInterested, I'll have a look at both of these. The one at Mansfield sounds quite promising as that isn't too far away from us.
 
We buy from Equestro bed too and have them delivered. We have to have a full lorry load in one go though which is 16 pallets of 36 bales! so 576 in each delivery
 
I also use High Park Shavings from Mansfield. Give them a ring and let them know how many bales you want and they'll work out a deal for you, obviously the more you have the cheaper they'll be.

Excellent company, very reliable - delivered to us in all the snow and ice earlier in the year (and the delivery guy even helped us unload & stack :D).
