I haven't myself but one of the young girlson my yard goes most weekends. It is supposed to be very nice, they have got a website i think. They have thier own riding club shows too.
I have been a couple of times with the youngsters and people goingt to thier first few shows.
There courses are usually very kind and forgiving. They have anoutside warm up area that is not the best lit but is adequate and an indoor school for the comp itself.
They can sometimes be a bit quick with the bell, usually you dont have to start stratight away but you have to be careflu because if you go through the start/finish line (which isnt marked) whilst doing a circle to prep then you are given a refusal at the first even if you dont present (not that im bitter or anything!)
Not been for about a year, but they do a good course, ideal for youngsters and first timers. Few downsides, the warm up is a little on the small side, always running late and when it's cold it's darn cold. www.barleyfields.com
