Does anyone else have buyer/seller lists?

After getting fed up with the whole buying/selling horses thing because of some of the wierdo people that phone up/sound great on the phone and are totally wierd when we go to look at the horse we now have lists!

A list of phone numbers for people we don't buy horses off!

and

A list of numbers for people we don't want to waste our time on telling them about our horse we have for sale!

oh and also email addresses too

i don't get some people, they phone say everything is perfect, make some excuse that they will talk to their partner later to discuss details or something and we never hear from them again! why don't they just say its not for them! would rather know than be left hanging!!

also when i was looking for my first pony, we went to see one was meant to be great at everything really easy, she wouldn't ride it for us only lunge it, then i rode it and it was like it had never done anything didn't know how to go over trotting poles, or anything!! why lie??
