Does anyone else have tack squirrelled away

I was just realising.... I am on livery and keep only limited stuff at the stables but was looking for a plain cavesson noseband this evening and wondered what I'd done with it... not at the stables, not in the trunk or boxes in garden shed, not in the car, not in the under the stairs cupboard, not in the storage thingy in the hall, not under the bed... its only a small house, but I seem to have horse stuff every where.....

Naaah.. black and looks cob size! Don't even know where it came from. Now.. if you find half a pair of side reins...... I have been searching for days. Oh, and a blue lunge rein.

I have sooo much stuff, I swear I could open a saddlery....it is all in one room though and since I have moved I pretty much know where everything is.

Yes, truck loads, well not quite! we moved last year, and my horse had five large cardboard boxes of stuff, not including, the stuff she went on loan with, while we moved, her tack, some rugs her grooming kit etc. And not including the rugs that were still at the cleaners! I have just sold my saddle on ebay, because she changed shape...Again! So that's 4 I have sold on there now, made a profit on 3, one a thorowgood, i paid £70 for it, and sold it for £280, god knows why it went for that much. So yes far too much stuff, the cupboard under the stairs is, MY tackroom!!

GUILTY! And it's not just MY stuff either! I have a couple of friends that recently handed over some stuff to sell at car boot sale, and what didn't sell is still at my house, at the yard, in boxes, in bags, dotted around, in my garage, saddle handing out on a sofa arm, show jackets hanging in the hall! Bloomin heck, how is one meant to keep a tidy home with all this stuff hangin about!

Oooh I have tack everywhere there's some exersise bandages in the boiler cupboard in the bathroom lol. Although I do seem to have miss-placed a French link snaffle it's not anywhere maybe I should check that draw in the kitchen you know the one it's the draw where everything seems to end up no matter what it is

I don't have kitchen drawers ( strange I know) but you have reminded me that I do have a cupboard in the kitchen with bits in it...totally forgotten about that .
And if you don't find that other side rein... I have only one of those too!!

I have loads of stuff in my garage, and I'm sure I have a flat cavesson noseband, full size in brown in there somewhere, I'll have a look xx

I ran out of room in my tack room, so made another smaller one in our outhouse.
When I ran out of room there, it crept into the cupboard under the stairs.
I am too scared to even look in the loft as I know there is yet more stuff up there....
