Does anyone feed linseed? Favour needed!

I was wondering if I could call upon HHO good will!!! I need a small sample of linseed, both micronised and preferably whole, ASAP. Would anyone be able to put a small amount in the post tomorrow morning? I'd be eternally grateful!

You can buy brown and golden linseed in the health food shoppe, I can post you some micronised, but not tomorrow, how much is a small amount?

Small amount is approx 1 tablespoon.

Thanks for heads up on health food shops, off to google and see if I can get some posted.
Might try charnwood tomorrow and sweet talk them into sending me a sample!
