does anyone have a pony wearing imprint shoes?

Hi ,
my 19yo section a pony has a sinking pedal bone ,he has been xrayed and vet instructed farrier to fit imprint shoes

had them fitted today ,yes my farrier came out at 5pm on a sunday !

would love to hear any comments regarding these shoes both negative and positive

My mare was diagnosed with laminitis last March, after the vet x-rayed her feet my farrier fitted Imprints. Every 3weeks she was x-rayed and fitted again with Imprints, making a total of 4 sets, then had heartbars fitted. She is now in normal shoes, being shod every 6weeks, we are back to full fitness and apart from a management change (soaked hay, muzzle, in the stable at night) she is doing great.

Thank you lotty,pony is so much better today ,only allowed out for ten mins am and same pm but the improvement is amazing .

yesterday morning he was so lame ,could hardly put his foot down ,this morning the little monkey was trying to trot off with me

I had my pony in Imprints and the hoof was also packed with a resin.

I can't remember how many times he was shod in them, it was about 10 years ago. He did come right though and he was back into full ridden work.
